The Japanese word "KOJI" means "healing" and "peace." Our goal is to create a relaxing and cozy place for our customers to nourish themselves with delicious food. We offer high-quality ingredients and carefully prepare our unique signature soy sauce, dressing, and ramen noodles.

HOW IS OUR RAMEN MADE

It takes a lot of preparation to make the perfect noodle that is fresh, healthy, and has the right texture when served with broth. We make our noodles from scratch, and the dough is rolled multiple times in the machine to create the perfect consistency. A lot of effort and love is put into making the perfect noodles every couple of days! Another passion of Tim's? Broth. Each type of broth on our menu has been carefully crafted to pair perfectly with the delicious noodles. The Japanese-style pork broth is cooked for 48 hours, and the miso-based vegetarian broth is unique and satisfying
